The J&K Small Scale Industries Development Corporation Limited (SICOP) is a Nodal Agency of the State Government for providing developed infrastructure , raw materials and marketing support to the small scale industries in the State. It provides all these facilities under one roof. I am confident that the SICOP website, which is being launched, will enable this Organization to reach out to a larger number of people who can be informed about the programmes and the role of the SICOP in promoting and development Small Scale Industries in J&K State.

I am also sanguine that the Website would enable the prospective entrepreneurs to lean about the plans drawn up by the Government of J&K, from time to time, to develop small scale industries and help the entrepreneurs in making informed investment decisions in the State.
